I think as a business owner, CEO, the job is very lonely. You deal with all the hardest problems the company faces, anything that company can't solve gets escalated to you. Vistage is really helpful for me to talk about ideas and offers that safe space where you can freely talk about your failures and challenges, and that was I think the most important aspect. Obviously the advice, guidance and the wisdom which was provided was also very, very useful. But just the act of being open to talk about the challenges, that itself was very useful.
