When Jess became President in March 2020, he faced the challenge of moving 100 employees to remote work while continuing to serve their clients. This taught him the invaluable lesson of prioritizing employee happiness, a focus that has since fueled rapid, organic growth — doubling the company’s size and expanding into new markets.

This year, Passero is taking on major projects such as developing private hangars at Dayton Airport and completing one of the largest affordable housing projects ever built in Rochester.
