Jarrett Rosenau

President, Clark/Sullivan Construction

Sparks, NV

CE 3919, Chair: Chuck Alvey

Vistage member since 2017

Leadership Award

Long before leading Clark/Sullivan Construction, Jarrett Rosenau was a kid helping in his grandfather’s equipment yard, unknowingly laying the foundation for his career. That early spark led him to work summers as a laborer, earn a civil engineering degree and ultimately join Clark/Sullivan in 1999 as a project manager.

Two decades later, he and three partners bought out the firm’s founder, reimagined its culture around collaboration and trust, and grew it into one of the region’s most influential contractors. Jarrett has guided landmark projects including Hug High School, expansions for Renown Health and the Nevada Museum of Art, and Washoe County’s CARES Campus.

Beyond business, he has a deep connection and commitment to the community. When opportunities to help arise, he gladly offers pro bono support, choosing to remain “under the radar,” making a quiet difference where it matters most.

Jarrett’s Leadership Tips:

  • Listen deeply.
  • Invest in people.
  • Stay adaptable.
